Winsome Planet has no affiliate relationships. We earn no commission from anything on this site, and no link here places a referral cookie on your device. Where we point to an operator, a booking site or a place to stay, it is because we think it is worth your time — there is nothing in it for us.
If that changes
Affiliate commission is one way we may support the cost of running Winsome Planet in future, so that our guides and stories can stay free to read. If we take that step, three things will be true before a single commission is earned:
- Every partner will be named on this page.
- Affiliate links will be marked wherever they appear, not buried in a policy.
- A commission will never decide what we recommend, or change what we say about it.
We would also hold partners to the standard we hold ourselves to: operators and services with a defensible claim to treating places and the people in them well.
